Gracie Barra Kids Program is crafted for children ages 4-15 with an environment that allows them to experience and understand core values like focus, discipline, persistence, cooperation and respect. GBK provides a fun but yet structured environment for children of all levels.
GB for women
Gracie Barra Women's Program is dedicated to classes of women starting with how to defend against an attacker to focus on specific skills and pursue competition. Our women’s program provide a supportive environment that help build confidence, skill levels and achieve fitness goals.
GB for all
Everyone from beginners to black belts benefit in GB¹ Fundamentals which focuses on the building blocks of Jiu Jitsu. As you progress, GB² Advanced and GB³ Expert programs support your growth to master and compete. GB Programs are tailored to support students of all levels advance in their own natural progression.
PROFESSOR LUCAS NABUCO

Professor Lucas Nabuco is a 1st Degree Black Belt from Brasília, Brazil. He was introduced to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) by his older brothers and started training in 2009 under Professor Lúcio Curado, where he learned the value of discipline, focus, and respect. He went on to earn his Black Belt in 2020 under Professor Rodrigo Gomes.
For the past three years, Professor Lucas has been the Head Professor at GB Fort Collins helping establish and grow the school into a leading BJJ Academy in Colorado.
Professor Lucas is passionate about helping others learn and thrive on and off the mats. He brings patience and personalized guidance to each and every one of his students. Comments from his students include:

Coach Jessica "Jess" started her Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) journey in February 2021 at GB Fort Collins and is currently a 3rd Degree Blue Belt, training under Professors Jefferson Moura and Lucas Nabuco.
Jess' mission is to help others become the best version of themselves, on and off the mats. She deeply believes Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches discipline, resilience, and humility while building confidence, patience, and strength in a supportive and safe community.
Her drive, dedication and support of her Professors and fellow students helped Jess participate in multiple local, regional and national competitions which contributed to her being ranked as one of the top 10 females in the IBJJF Blue Belt Female Adult Middle Weight Division while she was actively competing.
Jess is excited to share her knowledge and experiences, all while fostering a supportive community in which she can help others excel.
